FAQ
Where does my mail live?
On EU infrastructure (Hetzner), encrypted at rest. Account credentials are envelope-encrypted; only sync workers can decrypt them. Optional AI features can be pointed at EU or self-hosted models.
Do my teammates see my personal inbox?
No. Visibility is enforced in the sync protocol itself — a client is never sent mail its user can't see. You can share an individual thread with the workspace explicitly.
Does it replace my email provider?
No — it sits on top of Gmail, Microsoft 365, or any IMAP host. Archiving, read state, and sends write back to your provider, so nothing is trapped here.
Is there a mobile app?
